How soon will you be able to staff our request?

Absolutely! If you ever need assistance, we have a live agent ready to help you navigate through our onboarding process.

Is it possible to get assistance in the onboarding process from a live agent?

We do not offer EMR integration at this time, but it is a simple process to download clinician notes following a visit and upload to the software of your choice. Gento can also upload the notes to your EMR for a small service fee. 

How will your app work with our EMR?

We are currently serving Southern California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, with plans to expand nationwide soon.

What states are you located in?

Clinicians will be paid through our system within a week of your payment approval for completing their assignment.
